ideal location excellent service short walk

the location proved ideal. a short walk took me to the stadium, a lovely experience. nearby late-night restaurants and bars were accessible. i found the front desk staff provided excellent customer service.

the floor had a noticeable slant, especially in the bathroom

the staff was so cheerful and helpful. the hotel had a great location downtown. i also liked that the hotel size wasn't too big. plus, i found parking very convenient to me.

the shower head height was a little low for me, but it wasnt a big issue.

noisy air conditioner poor temperature control

the staff provided helpful restaurant suggestions.

the air conditioner was way too loud it definitely kept me awake. the room temperature was controlled by the hotel and i couldn't adjust it myself. relying on a portable heater.

i appreciate the helpful staff, they gave clear directions to the parking garage. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff were all very friendly in the halls.

The staff members were all friendly and ready to help. The hotel location is really convenient. I found it close to many attractions. I especially appreciated how clean and well-kept my room was! Breakfast had so many yummy options, it really started my days off right.

The elevator was a little slow at times.

The front desk staff were helpful with directions. the location allows easy walks to many areas. i found a bar and restaurant located right on the premises. This offers convenience. the good wifi was also a plus.

The room lacked soundproofing, i could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. This made sleeping difficult.
